Samuel is a Certified Executive Coach, trained by Coach Masters Academy (Singapore) and Harvard. He is a Member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF); a Global Speaker; and an Award-winning Senior Leadership Consultant, who was the recipient of the Leadership Impact Award 2022 under the Vine Awards.
He is a Member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) where he serves as the Uganda Chapter Chairperson and Country Coordinator. He is this year's Continental Vice Chairman for the IAF Africa Regional Conference in Arusha Tanzania.
Samuel has a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership and Management. He also studied Strategy and Operational Excellence at the International Business Management Institute (Germany).
He is the author and co-author of 26 books (as at July 2025) on leadership and management, business and wealth building, resilience, fatherhood and womanhood, relationships, stress management, goal achievement, etc. Many of his books have become great solutions for both employers and employees, business people and their teams, individuals and groups. The books are now being used as “team reads” for business masterminds and organizational staff book clubs.
Samuel is the CEO of Inspired Leaders International – an international leadership development firm that empowers leaders to transform nations. Under this umbrella, he partners with Business Owners, Senior Executives, Management teams, and other multi-level Leaders to scale up their leadership capacity for personal, institutional, and social transformation. He is the brain behind the design of about 24 exceptional leadership-development and staff empowerment programs; having featured in 27 media houses around Africa, and sitting on various Boards and Executive Committees in public and private sectors.
He is a husband and father, with a personal goal of being able to always go home every day and actively love his family!
Since June 2022, he volunteers as the Provincial/National President of the Fathers’ Union in Uganda.
He loves playing his guitar and piano, and he recently started learning the saxophone. If swimming and smiling didn’t exist, he claims that he would have invented them!
